My aunt has been here since July 2019. The home is exceptionally clean to a high standard and is well maintained and decorated. My aunt has settled really well and is very happy. She is always clean, her skin is in excellent condition and she has put weight on. She gets on with other residents and the

Marwood and its staff provide a very welcoming environment for visitors and residents alike. The building is modern, bright and airy with a very homely feel to it. It’s always clean and tidy, no matter when I visit. The staff are friendly and approachable and treat my sister with respect and dignity.
It’s very reassuring to see my sister so settled – she couldn’t be cared for any better. Since moving to Marwood, she has made new friends and enjoys taking part in the many organised group activities.

Each time I visit Marwood I am made to feel very welcome by the staff. There are no set visiting times so I can pop in when I’m passing to see my friend. It has a real homely feel, is decorated nicely and always smells fresh and clean. The residents and staff are like one big family and everyone is
included. There is always something going on that the residents can join in and my friend is very happy there. She is well cared for and always talks about how good the food is.
